Maintaining the records and registers required under all of the laws mentioned above.
- All joining formalities like preparing offer letter, joining letter, medical examination, collecting all proper documents like passport copy, adhar card, pan card and all relevant documents for job will be done before actual joining.
- Personal file for every new as well as existing employee will be prepared online as well as offline containing all personal as well as professional credentials.
- Proper Induction of new Employee will be conducted giving information about Company, its policies and handing over HR handbook as well.
- Leave Policies and Tracking : Designing/Updating leave policies and tracking the attendance, leaves of the employees on daily basis.
- Legal Compliances: All lawful and legal statutory compliance for the benefit of employees will be taken care of. Also group Insurance, mediclaim policies etc benefits provided to employees will be taken care of.
- Conflicts handling: Conflicts are the unwishful incidents which might happen in the Company. Proper and timely handling of the same can avoid major losses.
- Other General matters such as travel arrangements ,Coordination with all service providers etc will also be taken care of.
